Job Summary
	- Develop best-in-class payment and debit card product proposition.
- Lead new product development, enhancement of existing products/features and product management for payments in line with the overall group retail deposit products & segment strategy. 
- Lead business requirements for system migration, development & implementation 
- Monetize capabilities and develop analytics to track performance
- Responsible for program management of the Payment Tribe, including adherence to the Agile framework.
- Ensure appropriate testing is conducted to meet functional, performance and resilience requirement and releases are smooth to customers.
- Ensure compliance of the various projects under Payment platform Tribe’s program management processes governance and standard, and be the point person for any information related to the projects under the program

Skills and Experience
	- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Information System
- 8 years of relevant experience in Banking preferred in Payment or Card product
- Possess project and change management experience will be highly preferred
