Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues.
  • Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
  • Ensure luggage delivery is efficient in accordance to the hotel service standards and procedures.
  • Assist in the movement of vehicles at the hotel’s front entrance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
  • Good communication skills and conversational in English and Putonghua.
  • Strong knowledge of the community, area and region.
  • Familiar with the events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules.
