Senior Member Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison person to oversee the daily operation of Member Services Office, including but not limited to engaging members, roster planning, budgeting and recruiting junior staff;
  • Supervise a team of full-time and part-time staff in providing quality counter services;
  • Maintain a good relationship with members by answering enquiries and handling complaints efficiently and satisfactorily;
  • Coordinate and communicate with various extra-departmental stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration preferable or any related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ related working experience with at least 1-2 years in supervisory level;
  • Solid experience in customer experience is an absolute advantage;
  • Excellent command in written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, independent and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Shift duty is required (Mon – Sun);
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
