Summary

  • You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
  • To assist the Outlet / Assistant Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successgul independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial sucess of the outlet.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should be a motivated team player to lead and motivate our enthusiastic and service friendly employees.
  • He/She should possess good communication skills, excellent food and beverage knowledge and be details orientated.
  • He/She should hold relevant tertiary qualifications and preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience as Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, bar, or 5-stars hotel.
