Risk Officer / Senior Risk Officer (Internet Brokerage)

Job Descriptions: 

Credit Risk Management

• Monitor risk level for margin clients and futures clients. Notify dealers to execute force liquidation in accordance with securities margin lending policy
• Monitor client loan concentration and collateral concentration to ensure compliance with securities margin lending policy
• Monitor daily total margin limit usage
• Assist in handling margin and credit limits application and prepare credit proposals
• Review collateral margin ratios quarterly
• Perform credit analysis and provide recommendation to minimize the credit risk
• Review and update credit and risk management procedures and policies
• Perform stress test for margin clients and futures clients to identify potential high risk clients
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as request by the supervisor

Market Risk Management

• Review and update risk management procedures and policies
• Monitor risk indicators / parameters to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirement

Job Requirements: 

• A holder of Degree or above in Risk Management, Economics, Finance or Business-related discipline
• 2 - 3 years of risk management experience in fintech, brokerage or investment bank;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in Market Risk Management would be a plus
• Prior experience in Risk Management for Virtual Asset would be advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel, Excel VBA, Python, Power BI would be an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Risk Officer
