Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead API and H2H integrations, oversee client onboarding processes, and manage ongoing API maintenance and enhancement requirements. This position also includes the onboarding of global cash management clients, focusing on cash liquidity management, single sign-on, and related services. A proactive individual with a strong can-do attitude, excellent multitasking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service is essential.
What you will be doing:
Manage the end-to-end process of API and host-to-host (H2H) integrations with clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience and adherence to best practices.
Lead the onboarding of global cash management clients, including services such as liquidity cash management and single sign-on.
Identify and implement maintenance and enhancement requirements for existing APIs to improve performance and client satisfaction.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various channels, ensuring that all functionalities meet business requirements before launch.
Manage the preparation and submission of private filling forms in compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to integrations, onboarding, and API functionalities, providing timely and effective solutions.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementation management, project management, or a similar role.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with API development and integration processes is a plus.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
