Team Leader – Cruise

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the F&B Operations Manager, the Service Associate is responsible for mise-en-place, service, cashiering and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlet 
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
• Take orders and serve food and beverages 
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area 
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions & enquiries 
• Assign seats, take orders and recommend dishes and beverages 
• Provide exceptional services to delight guest's dining experience

Qualifications

• A minimum of tertiary in education level
• A minimum of 1 year of related working experience 
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Friendly, courteous and guest-oriented
