Finance Manager- Budget Planning

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts；

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and disclosures in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements；

• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to assess and manage financial risks;

• Collaborate with auditors, tax professionals, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions as required;

• Participate in ad-hoc projects when required, including but not limited to new products development, system UAT.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above preferably with major in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or related disciplines, with solid financial basic knowledge;

• Qualification of CFA or CPA will be preferred;

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial sector;

• Self-motivated with good communications skills, able to work under pressure with tight time schedule;

• Strong data analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a deep understanding of financial regulations;

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including fluent Mandarin.
