Administration Officer - Treasury

Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily cash management tasks & monitor tasks’ execution status with banks
• Act as a treasury liaison with different departments, business units & China subsidiaries in setting up and maintaining bank accounts, payment services and handling bank inquiries and related matters
• Responsible for bank account opening and closing, authorized signing matrix changes, and annual review
• Handle the required financial documentary, confidential information and filing
• Maintain physical and digital treasury transaction records
• Provide support to secretarial and office administrative duties
• Assist with treasury projects and initiatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned by managers

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related discipline
• 5 years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting work experience in sizable company
• Self-motivated team player and attentive to details
• Independent, have a strong sense of responsibility and collaborative ability
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
