Health Care Assistant 診所助理 (Kowloon Bay/Tsuen Wan/ Tsim Sha Tsui/ Central)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the clinic, including reception, registration, and cash handling 協助診所日常營運, 包括接待、登記、收銀
• Provide phlebotomy service 抽血
• Accompany patients during consultations when needed 在需要時跟診
• Assist with administrative tasks when required 在需要時協助文書處理工作

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above 中五或以上學歷
• Hold a relevant professional certificate with practical experience in blood-taking 持有抽血相關專業證書
• Good communication and customer service skills 良好的溝通技巧和客戶服務技巧
• Caring and friendly demeanor 關懷及友善的態度
• Fluent in Cantonese, conversational in English and Mandarin 精通廣東話，能用英語和普通話進行會話
