Senior Manager (Loan Guarantee Schemes – Business Process Transformation)

We are looking for high-calibre professional to join our team in driving the transformation of business processes and management of loan guarantee schemes and other policy initiatives for HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. These initiatives play a critical role in supporting Hong Kong’s SMEs by streamlining application and claim processes to ensure optimal utilisation of public resources.

Job Descriptions

• Provide analytical support, agile team and project management for formulating and implementing AI-driven business process optimisation projects for supporting strategic directions and the development, management and administration of new business initiatives and various loan guarantee schemes administered by the HKMCI;
• Leverage on structured or unstructured data to analyse and identify areas for process improvement, detect anormalies, identify fraudulent patterns and develop dashboards, reports and predictive models for effective administration of policy objectives of the Government;
• Engage internal and external stakeholders effectively, develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems;
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders; and
• Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Analytics or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experiences in credit and operational risk management in commercial and SME lending, and implementation of AI in business process transformation, process improvement, data analytics and change management;
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, self-motivated, proactive and capable of self-directed learning, positive work attitude, detailed-minded, organised, good at teamwork and excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Competence in Microsoft Office and proficient in SQL/Python are a strong advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Manager.
