What you will be doing / 職責包括:
- Maintain smooth flow and high quality of service in the reception / 保持接待處服務流暢高效
- Work closely with other team members and ensure guest expectations are well managed / 與團隊成員緊密合作,確保滿足賓客期望
- Provide professional Guest Relations / 提供專業的賓客關係管理
- Manage all communication channels for reservations and enquiries / 處理所有預訂和查詢的溝通渠道
Work Schedule / 工作時間:
- 9.5 hours per day including 1-hour break / 每天工作9.5小時,含1小時休息
- Shift time: 05:00 ~ 00:30 (Shift work required) / 輪班時間:05:00 ~ 00:30(需輪班)
What we are looking for / 要求:
- 1+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role / 1年以上接待員或類似職位經驗
- Experience with booking systems and Microsoft Office / 熟悉預訂系統和Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills / 良好的人際交往和溝通能力
- Customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills / 以客戶服務為導向,具備出色的接待技巧
- Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or Five Star Hotels is a plus / 有米芝蓮餐廳或五星級酒店經驗者優先
- Passionate about people and team development / 熱愛與人交流,具備團隊發展意識
- High energy level and team player / 充滿活力,擅長團隊合作
- Mature, confident, with excellent leadership skills / 成熟自信,具備卓越的領導力
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must / 流利粵語和英語
