Senior Guest Services Manager / Guest Services Manager (5-day work week)

- Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in Hotel Industry of which at least 2 years' experience in supervisory level
- Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
- Knowledge of using Fidelio Opera is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Outgoing and customer-oriented
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is high preferred
