Team Head, Local Segment Management (Retail Banking Department)

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire customers within the segment

• Adopt technologies to identify business opportunities, develop marketing and tactical campaign and create value for customers, employees and other stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the segment's performance, such as customer acquisition, retention, revenue and profitability

• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly

• Collaborate with various teams within the organization, such as sales, operations, customer service and technology, to ensure seamless delivery

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while mitigating risks associated with the assigned segment's operations

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences and potential growth opportunities within the segment

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in business related discipline or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years relevant banking experience in relevant sector is preferable

• Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services, digital banking technologies and market trends

• Familiar with customer segmentation strategies and marketing principles

• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, digital banking technologies and market trends

• Able to analyze market data, customer insights and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities

• A team lead with good initiatives & assertiveness

• Detailed-oriented, organized, independent and able to work under pressure
