Job Responsibilities
- Assist to develop, plan, organize, prioritize, optimize and implement the operation strategies, to maximize service standard and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, recommend best practices to increase efficiency and minimize operational risk.
- Prepare an action plan on modification of procedures and application of new functions of operating systems.
- Collaborate with internal parties in different enhancement work and new development to support business & operations.
- Prepare, review and update operation plans and procedures periodically to maintain a smooth and efficient operation flow.
- Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in lending industry.
- Detail-minded, organized with strong execution orientation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good customer-orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Less experience /Fresh graduate will also be considered.
