Technology Officer (IT Officer)

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical assistance to guests and end users
• Monitors daily technology operations
• Assists and supports all critical hotel applications and IT infrastructures
• May need to work on weekends

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the hotel industry.  Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Knowledgeable of Office 365, Web services, PMS System, Infrasys POS System and Cisco Networking and familiar with most PC applications
• Experience with helpdesk, user support and system maintenance
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
