Job Responsibilities:
- Support customer service hotline by handling inbound and outbound calls for cardholders’ requests, enquiries, complaints and card promotion in a professional and timely manner
- Deliver consistent quality service to attain high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform clerical support and ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Maintain and update customer personal information upon request
- Meet individual assessment form for call volume, availability, service level and customer satisfaction
- Promote and cross-sell the company’s products as appropriate
- Shift duty is needed
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations
- Background in telemarketing is an advantage
- Good communication, customer-serving manner, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to perform shift duties and work collaboratively with teammates
- Good command of Chinese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
