Shares Operations Officer (Ref: CO-SHO)
Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited
- Liaise, check and handle offshore markets settlement, such as bonds and unit trust settlement, dividend or interest distribution
- Check and update share deposit / withdrawal entries, cash movement and G/L accounting entries
- Review corporate announcement to ensure entitlement details or corporate actions are recorded and to be done as scheduled
- Perform entitlements taking up and distribution of dividend, bonus, cash offer, open offer and warrants/rights etc.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and other ad-hoc projects
- Secondary education or above with minimum 5 years’ experience in shares operations / settlement of offshore markets
- Familiar with CCASS operations
- Knowledge on liaising with Clearstream Banking Agent for settlement support is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
