Responsibilities
To conduct insurance sales for all bank channels
To be responsible for achieving assigned insurance production targets
To aid frontline to conduct different sales programs such as open day, customer seminars and other relevant branch level activities to drive production
To conduct drill, specialized training, experience sharing sessions to lift up the sales skills of frontline
To coach frontline staff on insurance sales in order to uplift sales and product skill set
To act as communication bridge between product team and frontline for sales motivation and smooth execution of various sales programs and marketing programs
To diagnose sales problems in frontline and resolve by coordinating resources from product team and various other means
To uplift sales morale and spirit
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in life insurance field with 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance sales
Brokerage experience is preferred
Degree holder in business discipline
IIQE Paper 1, 3, 5
Detail-minded, sound judgment and good problem solving capabilities
Business trips are required
