Officer, AI Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools and products tailored to internal needs and client-facing requirements, with a focus on marketing technology for Loan and credit card products
• Integrate AI tools into existing company systems and workflows, including CRM, client communications, and task automation, to optimize marketing efforts
• Train and Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific business functions, enhancing customer engagement, digital and marketing strategies
• Write clear technical documentation to support maintenance and future upgrades of marketing technology solutions
• Incorporate agentic AI technologies to create autonomous systems that can make decisions and take actions to optimize marketing strategies
• Explore and implement AI products like chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics tools to enhance customer interactions and marketing campaigns

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
• Strong business acumen with a sharp understanding of marketing dynamics and project execution
• Proven ability to manage complex AI initiatives from concept to deployment, with a problem-solving mindset
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven—comfortable challenging norms and proposing bold ideas
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative team player with a high sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions with minimal supervision
