Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and the efficiency of all F&B operation Equipment and back-of-house areas
  • Supervise and maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness and safety in all kitchens, dishwashing areas, garbage collection, storage and any other production areas
  • Assist in sourcing and procurement of new equipment for Food & Beverage outlets and kitchens
  • Supervise the Stewarding team to ensure optimal performances
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in prestigious private club, hotel or similar establishment with 3 years in managerial capacity
  • Familiar with HACCP / ISO22000 Food Safety Management System is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and ability to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Chief Steward
