Jr Bartender / Server - Quinary

About the role

Tastings Group Limited is seeking an experienced Bartender / Server to join our team at Quinary, our award-winning cocktail lounge located in Central, Hong Kong. As a Bartender / Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting creative cocktails, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our acclaimed venue. This is a full-time position based in our Central and Western District location.

What you'll be doing:-

• Expertly mixing and serving a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails.
• Providing attentive and personalised table service to customers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

What we're looking for:-

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a bartender or server in a high-end bar or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for mixology and a creative flair for developing new cocktail recipes.
