Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital marketing platforms which cover website optimization, social media strategy, content strategy, email marketing and marketing strategy for mobile application
- Keep abreast of the latest development, tactics, and policy of various social media channels
- Closely work with management and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations
- Support tenants' promotion on social media, liaison with tenants for the marketing activities on social media
- Prepare regular reports for management review
- Provide other administrative support as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in digital marketing.
- Proficient in managing online social media platforms.
- Experience in digital marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven analytical mindset, strong teamwork, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to address challenges promptly.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and handle tight deadlines and ad-hoc projects.
- Skilled in negotiation, providing constructive suggestions, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Experience in creating and editing images and videos for social media platforms is a plus.
