Responsible to deliver highest level of guest experience from lead generation and conversion, to handling their requirements to post-event follow-up
Reach and exceed yearly budget as well as upsell target assigned
Develop in-depth knowledge of the wedding and social events market, including client preferences and industry trends
Keep abreast of market condition and competitors' activities to formulate business strategy
Implement tactical/seasonal packages to enhance conversion ratio and to maximize upselling opportunities
Promote to clients and to solicit business, handle contract negotiation for any business from wedding and social segments
Achieve individual, team revenue goal and KPOs as determined at the beginning of each year
REQUIRED SKILLS
Sophisticated interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills
Knowledge in Delphi and Opera systems is an advantage
Demonstrated success in nurturing accounts through lengthy sales cycles
Maintain a high level of knowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicate knowledge effectively to all personnel when applicable
Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports
Ability to work under pressure and work over weekends or public holidays as required
