Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist in opening & closing duties
- Greet all patrons warmly upon arrival
- Deliver food & beverage services in accordance to departmental standard
- Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
Requirements:
- Certificate in Hospitality or Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Service oriented, self-motived and a team player
