Captain (All-day Dining Restaurant)

We are looking for Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As an Captain, we rely on you to:

• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the all-day dining Restaurant and support the events (e.g. wedding, meeting)
• Supervise the team and in-charge of restaurant operations during the absence of the Supervisor
• To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and is responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant to the highest standard
• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Club standards
• Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

• Holder of Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage/ Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
