Officer – Financial Department (Fresh graduate will also be considered)

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in Financial Manager, which includes but not limited to budget management, cost control, liquidity supervision and financial forecast preparation;
• Prepare bank transfers and arrange funding allocations with banks in an efficient and accurate manner;
• Prepare bank reconciliation;
• Prepare regular management accounts and regulatory reports;
• Communicate effectively with all other business functions;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Accounting & Finance discipline with at least 2 years’ related experience in securities industry;
• Possess knowledge in FRR & relevant rules and regulations;
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and aggressive;
• Good command of both Chinese and English, with proficiency in Mandarin is a plus;
• Candidate with less experiences can be considered as Assistant – Financial Department;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Immediate available is preferred.
