Specialist – Senior Specialist, Digital Business (Operations and Support)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in development and organisation of operation strategies to maximise service standard and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to boost efficiency and mitigate operational risk.
• Develop and implement action plans on modification of procedures and application of new functions of operating systems.
• Collaborate with internal parties on enhancement projects and new developments to support business & operational needs.
• Periodically review and update operation plans and procedures to maintain smooth and efficient operation flow.
• Implement AI solutions to automate routine tasks, improve data analysis, and support proactive issue resolution.
• Handle ad hoc assignments or project as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of experience in lending industry.
• Detail-minded, organized with strong execution orientation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good customer-orientation, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
• Less experience /Fresh graduate will also be considered.
