The Job

  • In charge of all wine services in restaurant
  • Organize wine tasting, wine pairing promotion and services enhancement events
  • Monitor wine costs and inventory level
  • Develop and update wine list
  • Conduct professional wine knowledge training to staff
  • Understand guests’ needs and deliver excellent service
  • Assist in Bar and Restaurant duties as assigned

The person

  • WSET Level 2 or above
  • Strong wine knowledge and stock control and ability to develop and implement wine activities
  • Minimum 2 years’ wine services experience in fine dining restaurant or hotel industry
  • Adaptable to changing needs and demands, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication, guest services and training skills
  • Strong team player
  • Floor service experience in high end / fine dining restaurant or hotel industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to company culture
