Responsibilities

The Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining sales account files including company information and sales contract. This role is the key team member in assisting Catering Sales team to engage with hotel clientele, handle guest enquiries and liaise with client in a professional manner at luxury hotel.

Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Hotel Management or relevant discipline;
  • Minimum 1 - 2 year relevant experience; Experience in engaging sales accounts is a plus.
  • Overseas job exposure is an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, result-orientated, self-driven for business revenue and customer focus;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

*Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
