POSITION OVERVIEW
- Monitor housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service for priority members, repeat guests, and VIPs
- Conduct routine inspections of all housekeeping areas, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Evaluate staff performance, providing training and corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Maintain open communication with the Director of Housekeeping regarding departmental operations and issues.
- Supervise outside contractors for compliance with service agreements and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory and consumption of guest supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
QUREQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience: 3+ years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel setting, with proven supervisory capabilities.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
