We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Shift Manager who loves to serve! 🍔Work Location: The Peak (**New Store Opening)

💰Certified Manager: Salary up to $28,200 (inclusive of allowance)

💰Shift Manager: Salary up to $25,200 (inclusive of allowance)

💰Free tram pass for staff

Requirements 

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack. 
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. 
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members. 
• Complete operational support functions (i.e. Inventory, etc.) 
• Fast Food or Chain Restaurants Experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Hygiene Supervisor Training Course certification, strongly preferred
