Associate Director, Team Manager, Insurance Specialists

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the team to achieve insurance sales targets and the goals indicated on score cards while comply with operational and compliance requirements.
• To monitor and lead the team to achieve assigned insurance revenue target with developing appropriate sales strategy and tactics.
• To identify business opportunities and threats; plan, initiate and implement appropriate sales strategies to maximize business performance. To grow insurance business and increase the overall penetration.
• Create a positive working environment to encourage commitment / contribution of team members through the provision of career development, trainings and on-going two-way communication / management support.
• Build a strong and capable team and maintain a stable and quality staff force. 
• Cultivate team spirit by active participation in all meeting/activities and promote team work and drive employee engagement. 
• Improve my personal skills, especially in financial planning and products knowledge, by attending recommended trainings.
• Active participation in all meeting/activities and people initiatives.
• Support team collaboration through strong internal and external networking. Promote teamwork and drive team engagement.
