Responsibilities
- Promote retail banking and wealth management products to SupremeGold Private customers
- Acquire new SupremeGold Private customers through sales and marketing activities, and identify potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth
- Provide differentiated services for customers, maximize business acquisition and enhance the Bank’s image
- Establish long-term relationships with customers and deliver their expectation
- Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- University graduate preferred, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years' solid experience in banking sector, with at least 5 years of sales and marketing position for high-net-worth (HNW) customers.
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
- Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)
- Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF)
- Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
- HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
- Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
- Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products
- Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
- Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
