Assistant Security Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, manage and motivate the Security team to maintain the safety of the hotel
  • Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with any enquiries
  • Monitor CCTVs and various systems e.g. fire life safety system
  • Implement and maintain a system of security checks (internal and external) to ensure maximum guest comfort and sense of security.
  • Safeguard the life and properties of Hotel, Guests, and Employees

Requirements

  • Holder of Security Personnel Permit & QAS Certiifcate
  • Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
  • First Aider and AED Certificate Holder is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the service industry, preferably in Hotel / Property Management with over 2 years' experience in supervisory level
  • Able to work independently, strong leadership with sense of responsibility, well disciplined and good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
