Investment Business Officer - Branch Distribution & Services

Responsibilities 

• Assist Senior Investment Business Manager to optimize and facilitate investment sales business
• Provide sales support to frontline staff and drive the enhancement of investment products, system, process and procedures with an aim to achieve department’s overall investment target
• Assist in increasing sales productivity, enhancing professionalism in investment business and fulfilling regulatory requirements and policies
• Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
• Perform ad-hoc tasks for the Department and Division

Requirements 

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 1 years’ of experience in the banking sector or financial industry
• Sound knowledge of the Bank’s products & services and with good business sense
• Good understanding of relevant investment selling procedures, practices, rules and investment sales compliance requirements
• Independent, self-motivated and effective team player with good working attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
• Conversant with MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
