Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Services Manager on handling enquiries from customers through the operation of the Call Centre
  • Assist branch / department colleague on handling MPF related issue through MPF special hotline
  • Handle member retention tasks
  • Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE with 5 subjects, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics, at Level 2 / Attained / Grade E or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Good understanding of MPF operation procedures, policies and legislation
  • A good team player with good communication skills and risk awareness
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua an advantage
