Bar Manager 酒吧經理 (TST)

Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service that reflects company standards
• Manage the day-to-day bar operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure all financial targets and budgets for the bar are met
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of bar supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and quality at the bar
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the bar to maintain a seamless service experience

Requirements:

•  Relevant certifications in hospitality, bartending, or mixology are preferred
•  Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar management role within a high-end or luxury establishment, experience in a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment is advantage
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant & bar operation 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
