Commis / Demi Chef - Michelin Starred French Restaurant

We are looking for the talented candidates who enjoy working at a refined restaurant environment and open kitchen surrounding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Western cuisine, lesser experience will be considered as Commis Chef. 
• Holder of Culinary school diploma is an advantage.
• Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiency under pressure.
• Hong Kong resident only.
