Risk & SMS Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Safety Management System to ensure that
• the systems address the requirements of all relevant National Aviation Authorities
• Monitor corrective actions for safety issues to ensure close-out in a timely
• manner and provide periodic reports on safety performance
• Provide advice to HAESL on safety management matters
• Execute, facilitate and maintain Enterprise Risk Management and monitor the
• implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks as listed in the Corporate Risk
• Register
• Review Change Management programmes to ensure all Safety implications have
• been addressed through risk assessment prior to implementation.
• Execute, facilitate and maintain the Company Business Continuity Plan, including
• programmes to manage Emergency Response and Crisis Management

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / Quality / Safety discipline
• Minimum of 4 years relevant working experience with hands-on experience in implementing risk management
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Risk & SMS Leader
