Responsible Officer (Type 6)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Responsible Officer for Type 6 regulated activities, overseeing management responsibilities and supervising the firm's overall regulated operations, assisting with licensing applications, documentation for the SFC, and establishing processes and operational frameworks;
• Lead the comprehensive execution of IPOs and various equity-related transactions;
• Function as the Responsible Officer for SFC Type 6 regulated activities, managing corporate finance transactions;
• Provide advice and implement strategies related to corporate finance, including fundraising initiatives, capital restructuring, mergers, takeovers, and share repurchases;
• Assess potential deals and develop new business and marketing strategies;
• Oversee daily operations to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Liaise with clients, professionals, and regulatory bodies, including the Stock Exchange and the SFC;
• Carry out additional duties as directed by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field;
• Possesses a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance and listing, with practical expertise in corporate finance advisory and the execution of equity capital market transactions, and not less than 2 years’ experience as a Responsible Officer position;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
