- Undergo a comprehensive on-the-job training which covering daily function of Operations Department of the Bank
- Fresh university graduates with bachelor’s degrees or above preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
- Self-discipline, proactive and good time management
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skill
- Outstanding analytical and logical thinking
- Passionate in developing career in the banking industry
- Well written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel application will be an advantage
