Job Summary:
The Insurance Transformation Team is dedicated to the driving process and digital transformation within the Insurance Department. The mission focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and fostering innovation through technology.
What you will be doing:
Redesigning the end-to-end customer journey: responsible for creating a seamless omnichannel experience, both online and offline, to drive revenue growth
Formulating banca digital roadmap and drive system enhancement: integrating insurance offerings into our mobile app/ online banking as a new digital channel to capture business. Develop and/or enhance both banca and broker systems to improve operational efficiency and ensure timely project delivery
Transform overall operations process under Insurance Department, identify opportunities and drive changes to achieve a high level of operations efficiency and work quality
As a risk champion to foster a culture of risk and compliance awareness across all team levels, supporting our annual audit exercise
Develop and maintain a full set of practical manuals to safeguard the operations sustainability
Cultivate new ways of working mindset and furnish continuous improvement opportunities
What we are looking for:
University Degree
FLMI, ANZIIF/ ACII, IIQE, MPF as an added advantage
Over 10 years working experience in insurance business with least 5 years managerial role
Solid experience in cross functional project delivery and resources planning, project experience in process re-engineering is preferable
Experience in driving organization structural and strategic changes are advantages
Familiar with Microsoft Office, knowledge of digital & system platforms development
