The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Senior Cook (Pastry) to support the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine in the Food & Beverage Department.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure high standard and quality of the dish. Check the food quality and temperature before serving.
  製備食物時確保高標準和高質量。在上菜前檢查食物的品質和溫度。
• Be creative and innovative. Design new themes and recipes for the restaurant.
  具想像力及創意。為餐廳設計新主題及新食譜。
• Ensure high standard and quality of the food production. Prepare special dish as per guest request.
  確保餅房出品維持高水平。根據客人要求準備特別菜式。
• Strictly comply with the HACCP standard. Upkeep the hygiene and sanitation of the kitchen and the staff.
  嚴格執行HACCP的要求。確保廚房及員工維持高衛生水平。
• Raise own food requisition. Control the food cost and wastage.
  為餅房訂購所需食材。控制成本及避免浪費。

General requirements 職位要求

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
  持有VTC或其他專上院校頒授的飲食業文憑。
• 4-6 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
  具4-6年酒店相關工作經驗。
• Elementary level of English is preferable.
  略懂英語為佳。
