Set right on the harbourfront with sweeping views of Hong Kong’s skyline, Dockyard is a new kind of restaurant that brings together an array of quick-service Asian-style eateries alongside a fully serviced bar – all within a sleek industrial-inspired setting.

We are looking for a Bartender - Dockyard based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Bartender - Dockyard, we rely on you to:

• Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the Hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
• Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
• Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience gained in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars
• With formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
