Senior Bartender - Lobster Bar & Grill

We are looking for a Senior Bartender - Lobster Bar & Grill based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Senior Bartender, we rely on you to:

• Provide consistent, high-quality beverage and service to guests
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
• Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction and expectations
• Clean all glassware, utensils and equipment and maintain the cleanliness of the bar area
• Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Hotels, Clubhouses, or premium Bars
• Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishments
