Assistant Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Assistant

Location: Hang Hau, Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Lok Ma Chau, Tsim Sha Tsui

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries / complaints at the reception counter
• Provide administrative support to management office including filing and data input etc.
• Monitor the performance of the service contractors 
• Provide support for system administration
• Assist in-mall daily operations such as promotions and events
• Perform ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements

• Candidates with one year or more of relevant customer service experience will be given priority 
• Proficient in computer operations 
• Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English 
• Possess good written skills in both Chinese and English 
• Form 5 education level or above
