Key Accountabilities:

• Ensures quality of all food production according to recipes
• Minimizes and utilizes all waste products to keep costs in line
• Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
• Reports any maintenance issues to outlet Chef
• Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements

General Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with international luxury hotel background
• Good command in Cantonese and English are required
• Basic knowledge in checking quality of raw materials and food production
