Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee bar operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Mixology Expertise: Design and update seasonal cocktail menus, incorporating innovative techniques and high-quality ingredients.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through creative promotions and events.
  • Vendor Relations: Collaborate with suppliers to source premium spirits, mixers, and garnishes

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a bar management role with a strong focus on mixology.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of cocktail creation, spirits, and modern mixology trends. Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Certifications: Bartending or mixology certification preferred; knowledge of local alcohol regulations required.
  • Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
