Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall daily operation and all functions of property and facilities managment of premises including carpark
- Supervision of staff and contractors (Security, Cleaning and Landscape)
- Regular meetings with contractors to ensure good performance
- Maintain good relationship and cooperation with tentants
- Handle complaints / enquires / emergency matters as necessary & proper monitoring of manpower performance
- Monitor the work progress of contractors to ensure on-time completion
- Any other duties as directed by CPM / the Company
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Property Management, Facility Management, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
- Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MRPHM, MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
- Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) is a must
- At least 1 years relevant experience in managing Grade A commercial building
- Conversant with quality procedures and systems
- Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
- Knowledge of ISO standards will be advantage
- Good organizing and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
